“Mi Phularaja” is a set design project that constructs a narrative to build an immersive environment, inspired by the film Barbarella and the novel Madame Bovary. It explores a future with a radical feminist perspective, bordering on misandry, where male counterparts face limited opportunities compared to their female counterparts. The project features five sets, offering a hazy portrayal of what life might be like for the prominent figure Pu La Deshpande if he were part of this imagined world.

Reclusivity: Inside Pu La’s Home, an Observatory Kitchen

Puppetry: A Photoshoot Set

Gallimaufry: The Study in Sunita and Pu La Deshpande’s Home

Momentary Monumentality: Music Composing Studio

Magnum Opus: A Modern Day Theatre
